Bryce Canyon UT to Mt Carmel UT

Leaving Bryce Canyon we followed a bicycle path for a few
miles past spectacular towering rock formations. The crew stopped to place a “Dude”
on a cycling sign along the path for other cyclist to see.
Today we started the decline in elevation from Bryce Canyon’s
elevation of 7600’ down to Las Vegas at only 2000’ above sea level. That means in the last few days of our tour
we will be getting repaid for some of the earlier climbing.
Next up, we will pass through Zion National Park and then Las
Vegas is less than 250 miles away!
